Please be advised we have an important update to Vistara ticket validity. As a reminder, Refund/Re-issuance can be processed through the GDS prior to the 365 day deadline.
In order to facilitate you better in these challenging times, Vistara would like to make an exception to the rule of 365 days, by allowing refunds for tickets which are expired beyond this timeline for a limited duration.
We request these expired cases to be sent by 31 May 2021 (latest). We will assist in processing refunds through ACM creation. This exception is applicable for all tickets issued on/before 31 March 2020.
